The Petrasancta Society

exists to promote the study and practice of Heraldry in St Aloysius' College. Glasgow, Scotland. We do this by regular meetings, usually on TUESDAYS at lunchtime in the Music School as well as by

  • Lectures and talks
  • Internet research
  • Annual excursions to the Lyon Court
  • Regular excursions to other sites of heraldic interest.
  • Maintaining corporate membership of the societies below.
  • Maintaining this website and producing a printed newsletter in May & December.
  • The Society was represented by Peter and Andrew at the Opening Ceremonies of the International Congress in St Andrews by Princess Anne on Monday 21st August 2006.
